TED’S GROOMING ROOM / GIFT CARDS AND BOOKINGS
1.1 Ted’s Grooming Room gift cards will not be replaced if stolen, lost or damaged.
1.2 Ted’s Grooming Room gift cards are valid for six months from the date of issue.
1.3 Ted’s Grooming Room gift cards are not transferrable or negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
1.4 Ted reserves the right not to accept damaged or defaced gift cards.
1.5 Gift cards can be purchased in any Ted’s Grooming Room location, as well as within our online services at www.tedsgroomingroom.com
1.6 You can redeem your Ted’s Grooming Room gift card in any Ted’s Grooming Room location across London.
1.7 Service bookings can be made online, by phone or in relevant store.
1.8 Payment of service bookings must be paid in half upon booking, and the remaining half is to be paid in store after the treatment.
1.9 Offers and promotions cannot be used for appointment bookings unless stated otherwise.
1.10 Late appointments (over 5 minutes) cannot be fulfilled or be subject to refund or change.
1.11 One-time promotional offers should be redeemed as per the terms and conditions given at the time. We reserve the right to refuse a specific discount or promotional offer if we believe the promotion has been already redeemed, or if the promotion code is not presented in-store.

Ted’s Grooming Room gift cards can be redeemed or topped-up within Ted’s Grooming Room stores in the UK. Please note that Ted's Grooming Room gift cards can only be topped-up with services therefore are not to be treated as cash. Services are to be redeemed accordingly and are not subject to change of treatment. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers and we are unable to replace gift cards that have been lost, stolen or damaged. Ted’s Grooming Room gift cards are issued by TGR Retail Shops Ltd, trading as Ted’s Grooming Room. We reserve the right to refuse cards which we believe have been tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise affected by fraud.
