1.4 Ted reserves the right to not accept damaged or defaced certificates.

1.6 You can redeem your Ted’s Grooming Room voucher in any Ted’s Grooming Room location across London.

1.8 Ted’s Grooming Room / ‘By Appointment Only’ gift certificates are excluded from all online discounts and promotions, unless otherwise stated.
1.9 Service bookings for Holborn, One New Change, Covent Garden and Canary Wharf stores can be made online, by phone or in relevant store.
1.10 Payment of service bookings must be paid in full upon booking.
1.11 All offers and promotions cannot be used for appointment bookings and services that have been booked are subject to the full price of the service.
1.12 Late appointments (over 5 minutes) cannot be fulfilled or be subject to refund or change.
1.13 One time promotional offers should be redeemed as per instructions given at the time of the communication via social channels, newsletter or print circulation.
