GIFT CARD AND SERVICE RETURNS

Ted’s Grooming Room wants you to experience the gift of grooming exactly as intended. However, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on our services or gift cards.

Please note that a 50% advance payment is required upon placing a booking. This payment is non-refundable if the appointment is not attended, cancelled and amended within 24 hours of your appointment.

If a booking is secured through a Ted’s Grooming Room gift card, the pre-arranged treatment value would be deducted in full. We understand that life gets in the way of our plans, so amendments of original bookings will be made to the best of our availability, appointments as such will be final and not subject to change or cancellation. Late appointments (over 5 minutes) cannot be fulfilled or be subject to refund or change.

If you are not happy with the service you have received within one of our Ted’s Grooming Room salons, please let us know as soon as possible, and up to 7 days of receiving your service by emailing info@tedsgroomingroom.com. Our customer service team will look into it and will aim to respond to you in due course. Please note that a proof of purchase will be required in this instance.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We trust that you will be looking and feeling twice the man with the help of Ted’s Grooming Room Range. However, if for any reason you’ve changed your mind, aren’t happy, or your goods are faulty, you can return your product to us within 14 days of purchase. Products will only be accepted for refund if unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept any returned goods with broken seals unless proven faulty.
You will be refunded the sale price stated on invoice or receipt. If products are deemed faulty, please email returns@tedsgroomingroom.com with your invoice number and faulty issue for full refund and returns postage.

ONLINE PRODUCT RETURNS:

If a product has been purchased online, it cannot be returned in-store.
To request your return, please email returns@tedsgroomingroom.com explaining your reason for returning the product.
It is our customer’s responsibility to cover postage costs of returning unwanted goods. Please ensure a trackable, recorded service and keep the receipt and reference safe.
Upon receipt of your return to us, and Ted’s grooming Room deems the product in re-sale condition, a refund will be made within 14 working days.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return your purchase to us (making sure it is returned in accordance with “conditions of returns” above). Please email info@tedsgroomingroom.com with your order number to cancel.
If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired, you would need to let us know of your intention to cancel within the 14 day period.
